- 12 oz walnuts
- pinch of salt
- 2 oz sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp oil
Method
- 175G 155F
- Use a food processor to blitz walnuts into breadcrumbs.
- Add sugar and salt.
- Blitz egg and oil in.
- Mix until the dough forms together.
- Form directly into the tin and refrigerate.
- Bake 5-10 minutes.
