- 1 small pear, cored and peeled
- 1 stick of rosemary
- 4 slices fresh ginger
- peeled quarter of a lemon
- coriander seeds
- 4 tbsp brown sugar (enough for amount of water)
- water to cover pear
Method
- Put pan on high heat and bring to a boil. Cover with a cartouche lid.
- Simmer for 40-60 minutes.
- Cut pear in half and remove leftover seeds.
- Slice and fan out.
