Method
- 333 g sifted plain flour
- 3.3 g salt
- 5 g fresh yeast
- 200 g warm water
- 1 tsp oil
Method
- 230G 210F
- Put flour, salt and yeast in a mixing bowl with dough hook. Make sure the salt and yeast are on opposite sides.
- Mix in water and oil until fully combined.
- Knead for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle sauce, cheese and toppings.
- Bake for 6-7 minutes.
