- 125 g softened butter
- 125 g caster sugar
- 125 g ground almonds
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- orange zest
- thyme
Method
- 170G 150F
- Cream butter and sugar with paddle attachment.
- Slowly add eggs.
- Use a spatula to mix in ground almonds and flour.
- Add zest and thyme.
- Add to baked tart shells with fanned pears.
- Bake 16 minutes.
