- 237 g unsweetened almond milk
- 155 g strong bread flour
- 120 g starter
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp table salt
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
Method
- Use a whisk to mix the first three ingredients.
- Cling and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Turn pancake pan on medium heat and spray.
- Add sugar, oil, and bicarb to mix.
- Pour dough onto pan and turn heat down.
- Wait for bubbles to flip pancake.
