- 325 g milk
- 450 g gluten free flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 sachets yeast
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp oil
Method
- 200G 180F
- Warm milk.
- Add vinegar to eggs.
- Add egg mix to milk.
- Add milk mix to dry ingredients.
- Add oil.
- Transfer to an oiled bowl and prove.
- Transfer to a pan and bake.
