Pan
- 250 mL milk
- 70 g egg yolk
- 50 g caster sugar
- 10 g plain flour
- 10 g corn flour
- 1/4 tsp vanilla paste
Method
- Heat milk to scalding point.
- Whisk the rest of the ingredients.
- Add milk to egg mix in thirds and return it back to the pan.
- On a low heat, whisk until it thickens.
- Sieve and fill baked tart cases.
