- 250 g milk
- 400 g gluten free bread flour
- 1 tsp xanthin gum
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- olive oil
- 1 sachet yeast
- 2 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp vinegar
Method
- 230G 210F
- Heat milk until warm.
- Add yeast to only 50 g of the milk and add sugar.
- Add egg mix to the leftover milk.
- Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour oil mix in.
- Mix in yeast.
- Mix baking soda and vinegar separately and add to mix.
- Form into a ball and proof in oiled bowl.
- Roll into pizza and add toppings.
- Bake 6-7 minutes.
