- 40 g caster sugar
- pinch salt
- 75 g creme fraiche
- 75 mL buttermilk
- squeeze of lemon
- 7 g baking powder
- 40 gram cold, cubed butter
- 2 beaten eggs, to glaze
Method
- 220G 200F
- Rub butter into dry ingredients until it feels like breadcrumbs.
- Add baking power.
- Add milk mix.
- Knead until combined.
- Shape and cut.
- Glaze with egg wash.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
