Mixing bowl
- 175 g plain flour
- 25 g icing sugar
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 110 g cubed butter
- 1 whole beaten egg
Method
- 200G 180F
- Rub butter into flour mixture.
- Pour 3/4 of egg into flour mix and cut through with a knife.
- Add rest of egg if needed and gently bring together with hands.
- Flatten into a disk, cling and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
- Roll out dough and press into tart tin.
- Fork the bottom of the tin and refrigerate cases for 20-30 minutes.
- Fill with cling covered baking beans.
- Bake 15 minutes with beans and 5-7 minutes without beans.
